Children are like Slinkys - not much use for anything, but it always brings a smile to your face when you throw them down the stairs. Chinchilla

Modern (magic) quote/s

Post by salem »

Keeping it simples
highlight (copy) the section of post that you wish to quote , then click on the quote image that appears .
To multiquote , use the m/q button at the top right of the post textarea .
Currently disabled due to update required , however you can still achieve similar by using the full editor and scrolling down to the required posts , highlight part of post required then select quote button .

:D it's because of the one word ,
but literally the bit where you read or insert text .

The button itself is the one with the two speech balloons (M/Q)

Although with updates and upgrades some of the above topic is no longer valid there's still some decent info available here
One being for the more recent users is ...
Auto media embedding :
No need for BB codes simply post the video address in the post box
i.e. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxLbmnvMWM0
othe video formats are included such as F.B. twitter etc.

see viewtopic.php?p=34489#p34489

Inline attachments :
Upload via "your documents" by either drag and drop or clicking on .
more than one can be posted and placed in preferred part of the post , not just a single one dumped at the bottom ... file size restrictions apply .
