Amazon

Post by marymary » May 20th, 2019, 8:12 pm

I read a review of Denise Mina’s new book last night and ordered it on Amazon. I fairly bounced home looking forward to opening it up when I got home but no luck.

I checked track my parcel and apparently it will arrive before 9 tomorrow night.

Now, I have Prime and should have had it today.

Disappointed I am. 😖

Not everything is covered by Prime. When we lost our door key and wanted a new lock quick, we asked our son who has Prime to order it for us. But it wasn't covered by the Prime thing. So what are you really paying for if the urgent stuff isn't on the Prime list?

Here’s the review of the book I have yet to receive...

Actually, I would have swung past a real book shop if I had known that it wasn’t here already.

Read that and you won't need the book! Sounds good but if you are trying to keep a low profile, why risk social media at,all?

I have had some near misses with Amazon Prime, They make it very easy to sign up with them. I have friends who think Prime is great but I cant really see it.
