More than likely dodgy bots flooding the domain , it's happened to quite a few sites recently , if I.0. , CPU use etc exceeds a set limit the server will shut the site down until the load goes down . I noticed the online figure was unusually high .

No ! We're getting occasional I.O. errors in the server but it's not us causing it , our logs show it as a server fault and not us going over the set limit . :TLZ:

Dot wrote this

Could be something here from the host's "We are upgrading the native PHP across our servers. The native PHP is the default version, which will be used if you / your web developer has not already selected a specific version. In your cPanel hosting control panel you can choose these PHP versions: 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3
To access your cPanel control panel simply add /cpanel to the end of your website address, or access it via the Services page in your client area.
The native PHP version will be switched to PHP 7.3 across all servers, and PHP 7.4 beta will also be made available.
If you are a website owner, please inform your IT person / web developer of this information.
The upgrade has been scheduled over two dates:
Shared/Reseller Hosting – THURSDAY 19 DECEMBER 2019 @ 6am (06:00 local server time)
Enterprise Hosting – WEDNESDAY 18 DECEMBER 2019 @ 6pm (18:00 local server time)"

That's a copy of hosts email sent twice over the past five weeks , so the question actually should be why wasn't
the lower version selected before the update instead of sitting on native , it's not rocket science or difficult and takes about 8 seconds to complete .
It's 5.6 max for KF , while it may work on 7 there would likely be errors .
