Victor's New Tele - audio out thing
Lady P has given this some thought and suggested that maybe the scart socket might have an audio out connection. We didn't have a scart adapter at the caravan so we haven't tried it, but if you have an adapter that has an audio out connection it might be worth a try.
We dug the television out of its winter hibernation place and might give it a go later. You never know.

Richer Sounds give the full spec of the LG 22TK410V And it doesn't appear to have any sort off audio video output than the screen and built in speakers no scart or 3.5mm jack so basically it's just a monitor with a couple of tuners intended for use in a kitchen.

Does it have an optical output . that's how mines is set up "sound output/ internal plus optical " to a solo. I also had the option of Bluetooth .
Other way is similar to what LJ said but there's no scarts. in the later tv's so needs a HDMI input selector with audio extraction facility .

We have an older LG television with no dedicated audio out connection but we tried Lady P's Scart solution and it worked. Which is nice. We can now direct sound to a bluetooth speaker or our old iPod dock for improved sound quality.

Fixed with a little box of electronics from Amazon only £11 complete with fibre optic cable.
DAC Digital SPDIF Toslink to Analog Stereo.
Plugged it in and ten minutes later audio to either speakers or headphones at the top of the bed.
Should keep the neighbors happy as we only have solid nine inch walls between us.
