I was just wondering how easy it would be when the time comes so I googled. Plenty of "how to" videos and the kits, are cheap and readily available. The access is via the screen which is supposed to come out using suction pads (after removing a couple of external star screws) but it had to be levered off. Once that was off and a couple of ribbon cables removed, the battery is easily accessible but is glued in tight! Looks a right dodgy job with a plastic crowbar that bends the old battery fighting against the glue!.
Still, I suppose when the time comes it will have to be done.
