Reg went back live yesterday may as well test out the spam measures taken
And I can't add anyone without the form either :roll:
all new members posts go into a moderation queue as well until they reach 3 posts until then their group is "newly registered user " so must remember to glance in the mod panel more often. :oops:

You're going to regret having said that.

Just a thought, some of the questions are a bit off the wall, might it not be an idea to have a 'contact admin' option to allow a final resort for those who know nowt about SLot1 or North Britain?

It's not that important in here , basically using it to learn , test and possible break
rather than wait to the primary forums are active then damage that one .
Hence the update the other day . Not something that I've had to do before , normally updates are handled by the hosts over the road . :o
The questions were meant to be a touch off the wall to deter lurkers and spammers ,
a straight yes or no could let up to 50 % of bots in .

Although questions will be tweaked a bit as we go .

Anyone with a serious desire to join can email me if they have bother with captcha or text confirmation , that is explained in the sign up form at the captcha section .
