May I be so bold as to ask for a little bit of information about the history of this place? Is there a thread somewhere that explains all?

In the first forum " SL Information " http://www.salems.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=213 plus more in that particular forum .
Basically we're a phoenix board as in set up when an other little board went under ,
for somewhere for it's members to meet up but athough originally a far bigger membership
in our naivety set up in a free hosted board where the service nearly killed us off ... all sorted now with our own VPS and software .
The original board is linked to in the index page near the footer marked Archives .

Will someone please explain to a poor little naive member of this board, who wouldn't say boo to a goose, what the hell the last dozen or so posts are on about?
