Won't work if My disability is deafness. ;) No! I am not really deaf.

My hearing is a bit odd , while I could hear a pin drop , in a room with background noise it's a certainty that the odd eh/pardon is used .🤔

I think that's more in the mind. Focussing rather than hearing.

I'm not so sure about that considering that I'd done more than ten years with high powered amps and speakers .

No mobile disco .but always had stacks of reserve power for decent sound without amps etc. running flat out

Working in heavy engineering environment didn’t do my hearing any good, by the time the company supplied ear defenders it was to late.
